An open letter about the Great people at Thread and Ink.

Hello friends, I just wanted to say that each and every one of my experiences with Thread and Ink,weather purchasing supplies for my Flexi-Jet or in consulting with Dan about a problemhave been nothing less than excellent. I first met Dan in Chicago in August 2006 and have enjoyed many email and phone conversationsabout things as trivial as printer settings to important issues as where to get the best Chicago Hot Dogs. Their customer service and products are the Best Quality - bar none. Trust Dan and Thread and Ink - they are first class all the way.

When we received our flexi-jet July 3rd 2006. Dan Salgado was a few weeks ahead of us in receiving his. Dan made himself available to share what he had already learned and helped us iron out a series of problems and got us printing. He has set the standard of flexi users helping other users. We have since learned to use many of the capabilities of our printer and have really enjoyed the flexibility of printing on multiple substrates. Dan has been a leader among users, testing software, hardware, and even developing solutions to some nagging problems. Dan is a great addition as a new distributor and we are glad to be in his sales area.

Dan & Gloria of Thread & Ink have offered me the highest of customer service even to the point of inviting me to their facility on a Saturday evening to give me a private 2 hour tutorial on the use of my newly acquired Flexi L. Not only has that service continued via e-mail & forum support, Dan & the Brett of Belquette paid a visit to my facility to help resolve operating issues. I look forward to mutually beneficial relationship with Dan & Thread & ink.

On Sept. 14, 2006 I went to Atlanta to see the Flexi jet. When I asked for someone to call who owned a machine, I was given Dan's name. I called him and talked for about 20 minutes. His knowledge and demeanor helped me make the final decision. I had read everything I could find about Belquette and I was confident that Mark and Brett were guys who cared about their product. The fact that Dan had been a screenprinter for over 20 years enabled him to answer my questions knowledgeably and since I had been in the business for 26 years I knew that I could trust what he was saying. After getting my machine set up I called Dan several times. He and several others were very helpful in answering questions. The answers were no where else to be found. I will be buying all of my supplies and equipment from Dan, and I will rest easier knowing that I can call Dan and get HONEST answers and effective help from someone who is using their machine even more tha I am. In my opinion you can't go wrong dealing with Dan Salgado. Anyone wishing to hear that from me personally is welcome to call.

As you know I got my FlexiJet L last November and had a lot of major problems. With perseverance the problems were eventually solved. Jim and staff were helpful but you were very instrumental in making my world much calmer and helping me to learn about using digital printing. If it had not been for your knowledge and being able to explain in plain English I would have returned this machine day one. You have been a real god send. Your knowledge is fantastic. I wish I was closer to your location so I could learn more. Thank you for always being there to help.
